Can you legally sell hemp products?

200% Yes! Hemp oil is different from marijuana and not subject to the same restrictions. We can provide a copy of our business permit to anyone who is concerned.

What percent of THC is in your products?

Our products contain less than 0.3% THC. We can provide a proof of certificate of analysis for each product showing the tested amount of THC.

What percent of CBD is in your products?

Out Ultra Premium Hemp oil contains 250mg – 750mg CBD per bottle. We can provide a proof of certificate of analysis for each product showing the tested amount of CBD.

Can I return my items?

Except for any products designated on the website as part of a final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided that:

  • The return is made within 7 days of delivery
  • You enclose valid proof of purchase
  • Products are returned in their original, unopened condition

To return products, call 1-888-789-1670 or email our Returns Department at service@chinesehempoil.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (”RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. Please call 888-789-1670 to place an order. Please be aware that you will need to pay international shipping fees.

How can I track my order?

We send an automatic tracking code to all our customers as soon as the package has been sent out. If you haven’t received our email, please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received any e-mail from us regarding your order at all, please first check if your order was successful. If your order was successful and you haven’t received any e-mail at all, please contact us at service@chinesehempoil.com. When contacting us, please include your name, address, and date of order.

My order still hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
